Job Description:

The Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and partner growth on the BeeOrder platform within their assigned geographic area. This includes managing restaurant relationships, analyzing performance data, and executing strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The role combines sales execution, partner onboarding, and operational improvements to ensure long-term success and regional market expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Partner Success: Build and manage long-term, impactful relationships with key restaurant partners to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and strategic alignment.
  • Performance & Growth Optimization: Monitor key metrics (sales, orders, tool usage, satisfaction) to develop and execute strategies that boost conversions, partner success, and market expansion.
  • Sales Ownership: Manage leads and maintain a strong pipeline  pitch, negotiate, and close new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Restaurant Enablement: Train and support restaurant teams to fully utilize BeeOrder’s tools and optimize their digital performance on the platform.
  • Menu & Content Optimization: Improve menu design, pricing, and visuals to increase order value; oversee photoshoots to enhance presentation and conversions.
  • Strategic Insights & Reporting: Analyze performance reports and market data to align offerings with customer demand and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and tech teams to resolve operational challenges and improve partner experience.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports and campaign insights to guide decision-making and support continuous improvement.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Final-year students may also be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or sales 


Job Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to make decisions based on performance data.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partner management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and coach restaurant teams.
  • English fluency is an advantage.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and menu management
  • An extraordinary bias for action; you’re dependable & self-motivated.
