Growth Marketing Manager
Job Description:
BeeOrder is seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager who can lead the company’s growth through performance marketing, user-centric design, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of behavioral insight, the ability to build a structured and scalable marketing function, and a proven track record in driving user growth and brand loyalty in fast-paced, evolving markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing strategies aligned with BeeOrder’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify key growth levers through user research, market analysis, and campaign data.
- Develop and implement quarterly marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs and milestones.
- Build empathy-driven marketing strategies that respond to shifting user behaviors and demographics.
- Define and continuously update BeeOrder’s user personas, linking them to relevant services and merchant offerings.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to better understand customer pain points and motivations.
- Maintain brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
- Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid media, SEO, email, social, and app engagement.
- Optimize performance through A/B testing, conversion tracking, and funnel analysis.
- Build and structure a high-performing marketing team to meet BeeOrder’s evolving needs.
- Establish clear roles, workflows, and performance expectations across marketing functions.
- Coach and mentor team members, creating a culture of accountability, learning, and growth.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and growth teams to align efforts and maximize results.
- Work with BeeOrder’s ecosystem partners, including restaurants, telco companies, and suppliers, to support co-branded campaigns and merchant visibility.
Job Qualification:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in growth-stage tech companies or platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience building and leading marketing teams.
